Product Introduction
Product Description
The main varieties of feed phosphate are tricalcium phosphate (TCP), dicalcium phosphate (DCP), mono calcium phosphate (MCP), mono-dicalcium phosphate (MDCP), followed by a small amount of disodium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, urea phosphate and so on.
Feed grade tricalcium phosphate is also known as defluorinated calcium phosphate. Tricalcium phosphate is an inorganic feed additive with good performance, which can increase the production and weight of poultry and livestock significantly. In the international livestock and poultry breeding has been a large production and application.
As a supplement of phosphorus and calcium in feed processing, feed grade tricalcium phosphate is a good feed additive. Through the verification of feed use effect at home and abroad, TCP as a feed additive has a good feeding effect. Especially for poultry with short life and strong acting ability, it can better reduce the cost of feeding and improve economic benefits. The bones of animals, especially vertebrates, are mainly composed of phosphorus and calcium. Therefore, phosphorus and calcium are essential minerals for the growth of livestock. The mass ratio of calcium and phosphorus in tricalcium phosphate is 1.7:1, which is similar to the bone composition of animals, and is most suitable for poultry feeding. About 95% of the tricalcium defluorinated phosphate in the United States is used in poultry feed, and the main poultry feed in Russia is tricalcium defluorinated phosphate.
Phosphate rock is a kind of non-renewable resource, and the development of feed-grade tricalcium phosphate products not only rationally uses phosphate rock resources but also avoids the worldwide problem of phosphogypsum accumulation in the production process of other phosphate products. At present, the main varieties of feed-grade calcium phosphate salt are dicalcium phosphate (DCP), monodicalcium phosphate (MDCP), mono calcium phosphate (MCP), tricalcium phosphate (TCP), and sodium phosphate, potassium, and ammonium salt. The international market demand for feed grade tricalcium phosphate is increasing day by day, China has rich phosphate mineral resources, so our production of feed grade tricalcium phosphate products has a good resource advantage and good quality assurance.
Product Feature
- The ratio of calcium to phosphorus is close to that of animal bones, which is more conducive to animal absorption and enhances animal constitution.
- The higher calcium content avoids diluting the feed by adding calcium carbonate.
- Effectively reduce fractures caused by weak feet in animals.
- Increase animal weight, reduce costs, and improve breeding profits.
- Increase the egg production rate of poultry.
- Sodium salt containing 5% elemental Na can effectively avoid the decrease of PH caused by acidic C1 brought in by mineral supplementation and sodium chloride, causing the occurrence of acidemia in animals.
