How to use artificial insemination gun for cow：

1. Before use, thaw the frozen fine tube now.
2. Pull out the inner core of the insemination needle backward and insert the cotton plug end of the frozen fine tube into the insemination gun.
3. Cut off the top part of the frozen fine tube with the fine tube sealant.
4. Put the special sperm transfer tube into the sperm transfer gun.
5. Pull out the rectal stool and stretch the hand flat against the rectal wall.
6. Move your hand inside the rectum to form a contraction loop and extend two fingers to massage the rectal wall back and forth.
7. Hold the cervix and push it forward, which will straighten the vagina and allow the sperm gun to reach the cervix opening smoothly.
8. Hold the cervix opening from above and below with the thumb and index finger and introduce the gun head into the cervix.
9. Feel the position of the gun head by hand and adjust the direction at any time to cross the folds of the cervix.
10. Use the index finger to determine whether the gun head reaches the uterine body.
