Product Description

Sow farrowing bed, also called high training farrowing pen, mainly consists of a sow positioning frame, piglet pen, piglet holding box, manure leaking board, sow trough, piglet replenishment trough, etc. The role of the sow positioning frame is to control the sow’s free movement area and lying way, and there are blocking bars between the sow farrowing frame to avoid the piglets being crushed, stepped on, and crushed. The lowermost bar of the sow positioning frame is welded with a bent stall post to protect the piglets without affecting the piglets’ milk. The sow’s trough and waterer are in front of the positioning frame.

The piglet pen allows piglets to move around and prevent them from running out. There are two types of pig pens, fence, and clapboard. The fence is conducive to ventilation and observation, but not to epidemic prevention. Clapboard type is conducive to epidemic prevention and heat preservation. The length and types of the piglet pens can be customized according to customers’ requirements. A piglet feeding trough and waterer are installed at the rear of the pen, and the floor of the pig farrowing bed can choose a plastic floor or cast iron floor.

1. The mainframe is welded as a whole by hot-dip zinc, and the beam is connected by a live connection, which is easy to install and has no welding point (to avoid rust from the welding mouth).
2. The sow position is welded with three-edged steel as a whole (it does not hurt the nipple of the sow and is non-skid).
3. The fence adopts a PVC board, heat preservation and isolation effect are better.
