Instruction of Visual Artificial Insemination

Preparation: Alcoholic sterilization, lens cleaning, Battery condition checking.

2. Clean the vagina of the object with 0.2% potassium permanganate or normal saline. Then wipe with a wet towel.

3. Use the thermostat to unfreeze the frozen semen. 2 minute at 37 degree Celsius or 20 second at 40 degree Celsius. Point: Put the cap upside down after opening the tank for avoiding pollution; Do not let the unsealed semen fine tube contact with any unsterilized stuff.

4. Pull out the inner core of the insemination need about 10cm, put the cotton plug part into the insemination needle. Then cut off the upper sealing part with the scissors, install the outer sleeve and stuck in the clamp spring.

5. Inserting the visual AI gun and observing the location of the cervix. Put on the expansion head and the disposable barrel cover. Insert the visual insemination gun into the vagina of the object. Initially insert 5-10 cm at a upward angle and then continue inserting about 30 cm horizontally until the cervix can be clearly seen. Pop the vibration feature during the insertion to relieve the object. Pump the air channel if there are mucus on the camera.

6. Insert the insemination needle through the barrel: Most of the cow’s cervix is upturned. So you can lift the visual gun then insert the needle slowly.

7. Cross the folds and reach the uterus: Keep observing the screen and adjust the visual gun. The other hand holds the back end of the needle, push down and insert with a rotation slightly. Follow the movement of the cervix if the object is tense. Make sure the barrel points to the cervix straightly.

8. Maintain the visual gun. Insert the needle through 2-3 layers of the folds about 6-10 cm. Then inject the semen.

9. Take out the needle then remove the visual gun with popping vibration. It can promote the contraction of the uterus, improve the pregnancy rate. Take off the expansion cap and the disposable barrel cover and clean the visual gun.
