Product Introduction

Product Description

The use of bull nose rings dates back centuries and is one of the tools frequently used in animal husbandry in many agricultural societies. In addition to control, they are sometimes used as a symbol of domestication or ownership. With the improvement of modern cattle farming technology, many equipment can be used to replace the traditional control method of bull nose rings, but bull nose rings are still a common tool for traditional and show cattle management.

In order to meet the needs of different customers, our cattle nose rings are made of three different metal materials, and there are also some differences in styles. They are pure copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metal materials. Bull nose rings are a livestock management tool, traditionally used in animal husbandry to help control bulls, especially mature or aggressive bulls that may be powerful and potentially aggressive. Inserted into the bull’s nasal septum through a specialized puncture technique, usually performed by a veterinarian or experienced trainer on bulls between 6 and 12 months old. The nose ring takes advantage of the high sensitivity of the bull’s nasal septum. This anatomical sensitivity makes the animal more responsive to pressure, allowing the trainer to control with minimal force. A leash or staff can be clipped to the ring, providing a safe and effective point of control when handling, transporting or showing. Because the nose is a sensitive area, pressure applied through the ring can discourage unwanted behavior without using excessive force.
