Product Introduction
Product Description
The animal’s gut microbiota, intestinal immune system, and feed conversion rate are key factors driving profitable livestock production. They share an important signaling factor: short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs, acetate, propionate, and butyrate). Tributyrin is a short-chain fatty acid ester chemical with the molecular formula C15H26O6. CAS RN: 60-01-5. It is also known as glyceryl tributyrate and is a white, near oily liquid. Almost odorless, slightly fatty aroma. It is soluble in ethanol, chloroform, and ether, and extremely insoluble in water. The natural product is found in beef tallow. Tributyrin is made by emulsifying butyric acid and glycerol, which is not decomposed in gastric juice and is slowly released into butyric acid and glycerol by the action of pancreatic lipase. Butyrate is the main molecule of short-chain fatty acid, it promotes the development of the animal intestinal function, is the main energy source of intestinal epithelial cells, can significantly stimulate the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells, repair small intestinal villi, increase the height of small intestinal villi, reduce the depth of crypt, increase the ratio of villi glands, inhibit harmful intestinal bacteria, and thus promote nutrient absorption, enhance immunity and improve animal health. Tributyl triglyceride can also overcome stress syndrome, improve animal performance and reduce mortality.
Modern nutritional physiology research shows that the intestinal mucosal barrier plays a key role in nutrient absorption and disease prevention and control. The morphology, structure, and function of the intestinal mucosa of animals are influenced by many factors, such as the age of animals, nutrition, pathogenic microorganisms, and the environment. The structure and function of the intestinal mucosa are not well developed during the young age of animals, and some stress factors (such as weaning) also significantly affect the structure and function of the intestinal mucosa, leading to the destruction of the barrier role of the intestinal mucosa, which eventually affects the health and growth of animals. ART-AddPhorece B60, developed and produced by our company, is made of butyrin, which contains more than 50% butyrate. intestinal lipase allows the slow release of butyrate from Tributyrin in the main part of the intestine. The site, duration, and density of butyrate are three important signals for animal health and production. ART-AddPhorece B60 is a perfect functional feed additive that is a good solution for all these problems in animal breeding. We have a professional doctoral research and development team for butyric acid feed additives and a dedicated production facility for feed additives by international standards, which enables us to guarantee the purest and best quality of triglyceride crude oil and also to offer the best price to our customers. We produce both liquid tributyrin and powdered tributyrin up to 60%.
Product Features
Tributyrin is not decomposed in gastric juice and is slowly released into butyric acid and glycerol under the action of pancreatic lipase, which repairs small intestinal villi, reduces crypt depth, increases the chorionic gland ratio, and has a significant improvement on intestinal morphology, which in turn promotes nutrient absorption and enhances immunity. In meat poultry breeding, reduces the feed-to-weight ratio and improves production performance by reducing the daily feed intake of broilers without changing the average daily weight gain. Glyceryl Tributylate has been used on young animals to reduce post-weaning diarrhea, reduce weaning stress, and increase survival rate and daily weight gain.
The main uses of Tributyrin in animal husbandry can be summarized as:
1、100% over the whole stomach non-decomposition
2、Improve intestinal function, improve feed digestibility and FCR, effective absorption of at least 100ppm butyric acid in the hindgut, prevent nutritional diarrhea and hyperplastic ileitis in the colonic segment
3、Even absorption in three points of foregut, midgut, and hindgut, effectively repairs intestinal mucosa damage, protects intestinal mucosa comprehensively, and reduces mortality and treatment cost.
4、Improve sow feed intake and promote sow lactation.
5、Provide energy for intestinal mucosa cells quickly, promote the rapid growth and development of intestinal mucosa, reduce intestinal inflammation and increase immunity.
6、Promote the feeding of weaned piglets, improve the absorption of nutrients, and significantly improve the neatness of the pig herd.
7、Regulate intestinal microbiota and inhibit harmful bacteria.
