Sheep Automatic Water Bowl Installation Instruction

  1. Working pressure: 1-4 pressures.
  2. The product installation must ensure that the drinking bowl and the ground remain vertical or the front of the drinking bowl slightly upward tilt, if the wall is not smooth, you can add filler under the back of the water bowl to make the water bowl and the ground to remain vertical or the front slightly upward tilt (do not tilt down).
  3. When the water pressure is normal and the angle of the water bowl is correct, the water level should be lower than about 12mm in front of the water bowl. If the water level does not reach about 12mm, first of all, adjust the water level in the water bowl. Secondly, the requirements can also be achieved by adding or reducing the stuffing at the back of the water bowl. (The water level is too high, and the product is prone to overflow).
  4. During the installation process, be sure to pay attention to the water inlet pipe of the water valve and keep it clean without debris, and install the sealThe tape needs to be cleaned. (If there is water leakage during normal use after commissioning, it is first necessary to confirm whether the water source is clean. If the water source has impurities, an 80-200 purpose filter needs to be installed at the total water source to filter the water.)
  5. After the installation of the product, if there is leakage or no water, the first is the water quality problem, the first consideration is whether the water quality is too dirty and caused by blockage, if the water quality is too dirty, the water bowl needs to be disassembled and cleaned, and an 80-200 mesh filter needs to be installed at the source of the water inlet.The second is the water pressure problem, when the water supply pressure is too large, it is necessary to install a pressure reducing valve in the total water source to control 1-4 pressures.Water Level RegulationThe water valve is adjusted upward, the water level rises, the water valve is adjusted downward, and the water level drops (loosen the screws of the fixing plate before adjusting the water saving valve).
