Product Feature

Pasteurization tank

  1. There are two forms of milk pasteurization machine heating, one is electric heating, and the other is steam heating. Pasteurization is sterilization at a low temperature. The low temperature here is only relative to high temperature and high-pressure sterilization.

Pasteurization tank

  1. This equipment is mainly composed of a tank, mixer, refrigeration unit, electrical control, and other parts.
  2. The tank body is made of stainless steel SUS304, and the tank is treated with precision polishing, no dirt, good clean and corrosion resistant.
  3. The thermal insulation layer of the tank is filled with rock wool or polyurethane foam insulation material with small thermal conductivity, light weight, good heat preservation performance.
  4. The stirring device is composed of a motor, a reducer, and a stirring device. Agitator and tank using the method Flange connection, the mixer is driven by the reducer.
  5. The refrigeration system is composed of a refrigeration unit, a straight cold jacket plate, and so on. The refrigeration unit shall be equipped with corresponding water-cooled condensers as required (used when the ambient temperature is high, and the cooling water is drained when not in use).
