I, Product introduction
This Pesticide Residue Detector is mainly used for rapid detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables. It is suitable for the rapid qualitative detection of pesticide residues in relevant fruit and vegetable production bases and agricultural wholesale markets, as well as the rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables such as families, canteens, restaurants, etc.

III, Detection principle
Under certain conditions, organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides can inhibit the normal function of cholinesterase, and the inhibition rate is positively correlated with the concentration of pesticides. This product captures the change of absorbance with time after the reaction of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables with cholinesterase in chip by optical system, and calculates the inhibition rate, so as to judge whether there are pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
IV, Usage

1, Take a small amount of fruits or vegetables into the basin, wash it for 3 times, and after the third time (don’t pour out the water, don’t take out the fruits and vegetables), and let it stand for 3 minutes.

2, Take a chip.

3, Open the cover of the chip, add 1 drop of the enzyme liquid.

4, Use the pipette matched with the chip, take the washing water from the basin to the scale (0.5 ml), drop it into the chip, and cover the cover cap.

5, Shake the chip gently for 3 seconds and leave it on the table for 4 minutes.

6, Take the pesticide test , and power on, open the cover cap, then put on the desk.

7, Insert the chip after standing for 4 minutes into the detector in the correct direction (pay attention to the concave convex structure).

8, Close the cover, press one button to test, the screen light will be on, and the instrument will start testing. Please keep the instrument upright during the whole testing process.

9, The test results show on the display.

10, Press and hold the button to turn off the device, remove the chip and discard it.
V, Key operation
1, Long press for over 3 seconds to power on or off;
2, Click only to the detection interface;
3, Double click(non-detection interface) to timing function;
4, Triple click to stop timing or detection.
VI, Detection result

VII, Attention
1, The whole plant (body) should be used as much as possible to avoid the interference of pigment in plants and the influence of plant secondary substances in onion, garlic, radish, leek, coriander, Zizania latifolia, mushroom and tomato juice on enzyme.
2, The ambient temperature should be between 15 ℃ and 37 ℃, too low or too high temperature may lead to the deviation of inhibition rate.
3,The temperature of water for soaking should be higher than 20 ℃ and pH value should be 7.
4, During the detection process, it is necessary to ensure that the detector is placed vertically and upward, and it is not allowed to shake, tilt, lay horizontally or invert.
5, The standby time of the tester is 5 minutes without operation. Please pay attention to the time
6, When using a straw to suck water from the vegetable washing basin, the liquid level should be aligned with the pipette scale as far as possible. Too much or too little water will affect the accuracy of the test results
7, The external surface of the chip should be kept dry when testing. If there are water drops, please wipe it with paper towel.
8, After the detection, please take out the chip and discard it to prevent the liquid from leaking into the detector.
VIII, Storage conditions
1, Device
Storage conditions: store in a dry place to avoid the influence of humidity, high temperature and strong magnetic field.
2, Cholinesterase
Storage conditions: store in a cool and dry place and keep away from light at 4 ℃ after opening. Shelf life: 6 months.
